    Fantastic! Get in touch & I’ll set up a free, 30-minute introductory call.

    We can discuss your project & whether I’m a good fit for it.

  • 2.

    If you want to proceed, I’ll then send you four documents:

    • A brief. This sets out what you want done & how I’ll do it. It will also include my project fee.

    • A client agreement. This sets out our rights & responsibilities.

    • A questionnaire. This helps me get all of the information I need from you to produce the copy or content in one go.

    • A deposit invoice for 40% of the overall project fee.

  • 3.

    Once you send back the signed client agreement, completed questionnaire & deposit, I’ll roll up my sleeves & get started!

    This is when the researching, brainstorming, planning & writing happens.

  • 4.

    I’ll then send you the first draft of your copy or content for review.

    All of my briefs allow for up to two rounds of edits. Editing is a necessary part of the writing process and helps me to produce copy or content that you’re 100% happy with!

  • 5.

    Once you’ve signed off on the draft, I’ll do a final proofread. I’ll also send you an invoice for the final payment.

    As soon as this invoice is paid, I’ll send you the final version of the copy or content. This is when all rights transfer to you & the words are all yours to use!

Pricing

 

I price per project. My fees take into account the size & length of the project, the amount of research required & any other relevant factors. They also allow for up to two rounds of edits & a final proofread.

After we’ve discussed your project, I’ll clearly set out my pricing in the brief I send you.

I require a 40% deposit before I start working. This is to protect my freelancing income in light of the amount of time & effort I put into each project. Thank you for respecting this.
